In support of our products we also offer tools to help our customers and patients quickly understand how and why our products are so effective. One of our newest and most popular tools is our introductory video series. In these minute long videos we recap the finer points and procedures for several select products as well a comprehensive library of cooking instructions for our Cafe Puree and Cafe Parfait product lines.
We have found  that these videos are having a significant impact on education in the patient care setting. For example a hospital in the Washington DC Metro area recently added Banatrol Plus to their formulary and with the help of the Dietitians and Nurse Educators, they incorporated the Banatrol Plus video to in-service the nursing staff. It was clear during the in-servicing of the in-patient staff that the video saved time and helped create a more efficient in-service for everyone involved. The ease and simplicity of the video helped create a stronger connection to the product, giving the staff more clarity and confidence to relay the procedures and and benefits of how and why taking the product is important to their patient’s recovery.
